- Cold Calling, Business Development, and Lead Generation via Email and Web.
- Building leads pipeline by executing campaigns over CRM.
- Establish a network of relationships with key decision makers in small/medium & large sized companies and the ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business.
- Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines and Sales targets.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals made to clients.
- Handle customer queries/escalations.
- Liaison between other teams to provide service/support.
- Handle various reports.
- Upselling /cross-selling products.Should have good experience in Inside Sales.
