Duties and Responsibilities

  • Architecting and Executing Business Strategy.
  • Participating in organizational business reviews.
  • Identification and exploration of new opportunities for business growth
  • Sales: Ensure the top line as well as bottom line numbers as per the organizational target requirements Budget and forecast for the yearly targets and ensure the tracking on the monthly basis and monitor achievement of sales targets on periodic basis. Product pricing and formulating weekly sales plan and activities at zonal level Penetration of existing and new markets/zones
  • Marketing: Brand Management viz. awareness through online channels of communication, media interactions and press relations, new product launch activities, participation in trade fairs / events Market research and analyzing market trends for benchmarking and product / price analysis
  • Set cash flow targets by preparing and maintaining forecast
  • Emphasizing technology to shorten the cash conversion cycle
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate international markets.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Insures that all international sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
  • Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis
  • Setting up the Business Development Function.
  • Building the Pre-Sales & Marketing team.
  • Selling Software Products & Services like Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Mobile Apps etc.
  • Primarily looking after and developing the US & Europe Market to start with.
  • Ownership and Financial Management: P&L, Cost/Revenue forecasting and tracking Articulation of Value Proposition, Building of Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing teams (Demand Management -Creation and Fulfillment)
  • Articulated Value proposition through End to End solutions & subscription based model, with focus on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Complete Hadoop ecosystem, Big Data (Enormous Data).
  • Creation of robust customer, Managing Key Partner and Analyst relationships
  • Responsible for building and growing strategic relationships and developing transformational solutions for key customers and partners
